More details have been released about the 2024 Argetsinger Symposium on International Motor Racing History, which will take place in Watkins Glen, NY, November 1
The goals of the SAH Motor Sports Chapter (SAHMS) are to encourage and support scholarly study, research, publication and dissemination of international automotive competition history by developing relationships with motorsports organizations, research centers, libraries, museums, publishers, sanctioning bodies, schools, colleges and universities, and community events.
The chapter encourages and the development, expansion and accessibility of international automotive competition archives and databases and foster the study of under-represented groups and their involvement with international automotive competition.
One of the major activities of the group is to organize the annual Argestinger Symposium on International Motor Racing held at Watkins Glen, NY. Reed more below.

Each November SAH Motor Sports co-hosts the Michael R. Argetsinger Symposium on International Motor Racing History Symposium with the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC), located in Watkins Glen, NY.
The Symposium provides an opportunity for scholars, researchers and writers to present their work on the history and cultural impact of automotive competition to their peers and to the motor racing community at large.
