The Society of Automotive Historians was well represented at the 2026 NAAM [National Association of Automobile Museums] annual conference, held April 20-23, 2026 at America’s Packard Museum in Dayton, Ohio. The four-day conference incorporated presentations on a variety of topics of interest to auto museum personnel and auto historians alike. Each day was divided into morning sessions and afternoon field trips to transportation-related museums and companies, which included the British Transportation Museum, National Museum of the United States Air Force, Carillon Historical Park, Champaign Aviation Museum, Robert McConnel Race Car Collection, Euro Classics Collection, and Exhibit Concepts, Inc. The NAAM Banquet and NAAMY Awards presentation topped off a great week of learning, networking, and fun. (cl)
