Thank you for entrusting me with the leadership of the Society of Automotive Historians for the next two years. VP David Schmidt and I are working together to make the SAH more accessible and to encourage participation from SAH members. One of the issues the organization has been facing is the delay in release of the SAH publications. That is our top priority and we hope to bring an updated plan to you soon.
This newsletter is the first of what will be a monthly email to keep you informed of what is happening in the SAH. Everyone is encouraged to contribute; please send event announcements or reports, news items of interest, reviews of museums or exhibitions, as well as personal achievements, such as a new book, published article, or award to either Chris Lezotte or Helen Hutchings. Suggestions for other features are also welcome. Due date for material is the 25th of each month.
