Then just last issue we mentioned a one-time SAH member (# 5169) Preston Lerner’s seminal work documenting Lance Reventlow and his Scarab racecars only to learn just a week or so later that Lerner has a new book releasing in mere days. It is titled Deadliest Decade and expands on the late Brock Yates’ Against Time and Death that concerned itself with one single year during that decade.
